4. You will be sent an email with a link for you to reset your password

We want to make it easier for you to submit your timesheets each week.

1. Click on the profile tab at the top of the page
2. There is a menu on the left hand side which allows you to update various details

2. There is a menu on the left hand side – click on the Bank Accounts heading
3. This is where you will update your bank account number
- BSB is the first 6 digits of your bank account number
- Account number is the middle 7 digits of your bank account number
- Suffix is the last 3 digits of your bank account number

1. On the dashboard screen, click the correct timesheet under ‘timesheet summary’
2. Enter your hours for each day by clicking ‘new block’
3. For each block, enter the start, finish time and any breaks you have
4. Once filled in, click the submit button and select your timesheet approver

You cannot edit a timesheet once it has been submitted. Please contact accounts@hirestaff.co.nz

Once you have loaded your hours, you need to click the blue ‘submit’ button within the timesheet

You will get a notification when it is declined. You will need to log in, edit the hours so they are correct and resubmit for approval
