HIRESTAFF SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Competition Overview
Hirestaff ("the Promoter") is running a social media competition where participants can enter by liking or following the Hirestaff Facebook or Instagram page and commenting on the competition post with their preferred prize from the spinning wheel. The winner will be randomly selected from the comments and contacted via messenger. A Hirestaff representative will then spin thewheel on behalf of the winner, and whatever prize the wheel arrow lands on will be awarded. The prize wheel spin will be broadcast live on Facebook.

‍2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2. Employees of Hirestaff, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

‍3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition entry period is three(3) weeks, starting from 25 March 2025 and closing at 11:59 PM NZT on 14 April 2025.
3.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

‍4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must:
a) Like or follow the official Hirestaff Facebook or Instagram page.
b) Comment on the competition post with the prize they wish to win. Note that even though they wish for a certain prize, it is not guaranteed they will win this prize.
4.2. Only one entry per person per competition period is permitted.

‍5. Prize Details
5.1. The spinning wheel contains 15 segments, each with a specific prize,including but not limited to:
a)$1000 cash deposited into the winner's nominated bank account
b)$100 Prezzy card
c) $100 Grocery shop – this will be given as a Countdown $100 gift card.
d) Lunch up the Sky Tower (to the value of $150 at a restaurant of the winner's choice within the SkyCity group of restaurants)
e) Bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne (valued at up to $100)
f) Free coffee for a month (Wild Bean Café voucher valued up to $120)
g) $150 lunch voucher for a restaurant of the winner's choice (if your restaurant does not offer vouchers, the Promoter will convert this into a cash prize of the same value which will be deposited into the winner's nominated bank account)
h) Return tickets to Waiheke Island on Fullers Ferry for two people (departing from either Auckland CBD, Devonport or Half Moon Bay). This will be emailed to the winner's chosen email address.
i) $100 Uber Eats voucher Movie night for two – this will be given as an Event Cinema or Hoyts Cinema gift card to the value of $100. If the winner does not have these venue's in their location, the Promoter will find a cinema in the winner's local area.
j) If the winner lands on one of five segments with the Hirestaff logo the winner will receive a Hirestaff prize pack. This prize pack may include a Hirestaff high visibility vest, new steel cap boots and other Hirestaff merchandise up to the value of $150.
5.2. Once a prize has been won, it may be covered and will be unavailable in the next spin to win competition. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

‍6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. The winner will be randomly selected from the comments on the competition post(s) across Facebook and Instagram.
6.2. The winner will be contacted privately by Hirestaff via Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger.
6.3. A Hirestaff representative will spin the wheel on behalf of the winner, and whatever prize the wheel arrow lands on will be awarded. The awarded prize may not be what the winner initially wished for. The spin will be broadcast live on the Hirestaff Facebook page at 12 PM on Tuesday 15 May 2025.
6.4. The winner must respond within five (5) days of being contacted to arrange collection of their prize. Contact will be made via Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of intiial contact being made, Hirestaff reserves the right to select a new winner.
6.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anyother alternative.

‍7. General Conditions
7.1. Hirestaff reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found tobe tampering with the entry process or violating the competition terms.
7.2. Hirestaff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competitionif unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.3. By entering, participants grant Hirestaff the right to use their name and comment in promotional material relating to this competition.
7.4. This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook orInstagram.

‍8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected as part of this competition will be usedsolely for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding theprize.
8.2. Hirestaff will not share participant details with third parties withoutconsent.By participating in this competition, entrants acknowledgethey have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
